Shenzhen Beilai Technology Co.,Ltd is proud to announce the launch of the ARMxy BL440 AI Edge Controller, a next-generation embedded edge computing solution designed for smart manufacturing, AIoT, and industrial automation applications.
Powered by the Rockchip RK3576J/RK3576 processor, the BL440 integrates a heterogeneous architecture of 4x Cortex-A72 + 4x Cortex-A53 + 1x Cortex-M0, with clock speeds up to 2.2GHz. It comes with a built-in 6TOPS NPU, supporting mainstream deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, making it ideal for machine vision, robotics, and intelligent inspection.
For multimedia applications, the BL440 supports 8K@30fps H.265 decoding and 4K@60fps H.264 encoding, equipped with a Mali-G52 GPU to accelerate AI video analytics and industrial monitoring.

With a modular design, the BL440 provides 1–3 1000M/100M Ethernet ports, 2x USB3.2, optional HDMI 2.1, and a Mini PCIe interface that supports WiFi/4G/5G/GPS modules.
It also supports X-series and Y-series I/O expansion boards, offering interfaces such as RS485, CAN, RS232, DI/DO, AI/AO, Relay, PWM, and temperature/voltage sensor inputs, making it adaptable to a wide range of sectors including industrial control, energy storage systems, robotics, communication management units, and rail transportation.
The BL440 is compatible with Linux-6.1.75, Linux-RT, Ubuntu 22.04, Debian 11, and Android 13. It supports Docker, Node-Red, Python, and Qt-5.15.11 for rapid application development.
Equipped with BLIoTLink industrial protocol conversion software, the BL440 supports Modbus, BACnet, IEC104, MQTT, OPC UA, and can seamlessly connect to major cloud and SCADA platforms such as AWS IoT, ThingsBoard, IgnitionSCADA, and Huawei IoT.
For remote maintenance, the device integrates the BLRAT remote access tool and Quickconfig for secure and convenient device management.
Designed for harsh environments, the BL440 operates reliably under -40°C to +85°C, with strong electromagnetic immunity. It supports DIN35 rail mounting, and its aluminum alloy + stainless steel enclosure ensures anti-vibration, anti-drop, and dust protection.
